If printing, please bring the completed form and a check/cash for the proper amount to the first base side during any game - ask for Tim Faulk or Monica Hebert, they are usually located in front of the green building.  Membership is limited, so make sure and take advantage of this opportunity while it is available.

Membership Dues:
$125.00 Per Member
All adults (age 21+) within your family or group must purchase a membership
Children of members do not require a membership purchase

Don't forget to volunteer. It's easy! Located at the bottom of the membership form, you can help with the following:
 
1. Pre-game meal preparation (2 hours prior to game time - Sat & Sun)
2. Assisting in feeding the teams after the games.
3. Post-game meal clean-up.
